Your Health, Your Way: It’s Real: Teens & Mental Health
Teen mental-health discussion & support session at Fishers Community Center.
This free program at Fishers Community Center gives teenagers a chance to learn about mental health in a supportive setting. During the one-hour session, participants will explore common mental health challenges, discover practical ways to start conversations about emotional well-being, and learn why self-care matters. The group will also cover how to recognize when it's time to reach out for help and where to find support resources.
The program is designed specifically for teens ages 14–18 who want to better understand their own mental health or support their peers. There's no cost to attend, and registration is required through an online form. This is a great opportunity for teenagers to gain confidence talking about mental health in a judgment-free environment.
