Wheel Thrown Pottery

This four-session pottery workshop introduces participants to wheel throwing and clay shaping techniques. Under the instruction of experienced instructors, you'll learn fundamental skills and create your own finished pieces to take home. The class accommodates both complete beginners and those with some pottery experience. All clay and materials are provided—just remember to bring a towel. Sessions run for 90 minutes each. Registration costs $160 for Conner Prairie members and $175 for non-members. Participants must be at least 13 years old; younger teens are welcome if registered and accompanied by an adult throughout the class. Multiple session times are available to fit different schedules. After completing these four meetings, you'll have the skills and confidence to continue pottery on your own.
