Summer Fun Run

Join the Parks Foundation of Hendricks County's Summer Fun Run & Walk Series, with McCloud Nature Park hosting activities during a designated week this summer. Whether you prefer running or walking, this event welcomes all fitness levels and paces. Families can bring along dogs and strollers, making it accessible for everyone in your household who wants to participate. Your entry fee ($35 per individual or $100 for a family of four) gets you access to complete your activity at any of 12 different county parks throughout the series, a commemorative t-shirt, and the satisfaction of supporting local parks and trails. Registration is straightforward—you simply complete your run or walk during the designated dates for each park and submit your time virtually. If you haven't registered yet, sign up before the price increases in May to lock in the better rate.
