Movies at Midtown

Bring your family for a season of free outdoor movies at Carmel Plaza. The 2026 lineup runs from May through October, with screenings scheduled throughout the warmer months. Most weeks feature two showings—one at noon and another at 6 p.m. on Thursdays, plus additional 6 p.m. screenings on Tuesdays. There's a special kick-off in May, regular weekly films from June through September, and a Halloween finale in October. The movie selection includes family favorites like *Zootopia*, *Wicked*, *Hamilton*, *Elemental*, *Monsters Inc.*, and many others—something for different ages and interests. Since admission is completely free, it's an easy way to catch a film together without worrying about ticket costs.
