Little Haunt on the Prairie

Little Haunt on the Prairie brings Halloween fun to Cool Creek Park with activities designed for families with young children through school-age kids. The evening features a mix of seasonal entertainment and outdoor exploration: take a hayride through the grounds, work on crafts at various stations, walk a spooky nature trail, play Halloween-themed games, dance to music in a designated Monster Mash area, and enjoy s'mores by the campfire. Kids can also trick-or-treat throughout the event, and costumes are welcome. Live entertainment rounds out the experience. Admission is $5 per person, with children under 2 admitted free. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate on the day of the event—just bring them on your phone or print them out. Every attendee, including children, needs a ticket. Food options are available for purchase if you'd like to grab a bite during your visit.
