Keychain Critters

Kids ages 5 and up are invited to create their own keychain critters at McCloud Nature Park's nature center. During this one-hour session, participants will choose to craft either a paracord or beaded keychain design to take home as a finished keepsake. It's a straightforward, hands-on activity perfect for children who enjoy making things. The program costs just $2 per participant and accommodates groups of 5 to 20 children. Online registration opens July 31st and closes September 2nd, so spots are available on a first-come basis. No special skills or experience needed—just bring your child ready to be creative. It's a great way to spend an hour outdoors while leaving with something fun they've made themselves.
