Indianapolis Symphonic Choir: Festival of Carols

The Indianapolis Symphonic Choir brings back their beloved Festival of Carols, a festive celebration featuring holiday music performed by the choir alongside an orchestra and high school Spotlight Choirs. The program blends cherished classics like "The Dream Isaiah Saw" with fresh additions, including a world premiere composition by Dominick DiOrio. Pianist David Duncan will deliver his signature holiday improvisation, adding an extra spark to the evening. This family-friendly event welcomes special guest soprano Kim Kenny, a crossover artist who'll perform traditional carols, gospel selections, and Broadway favorites. Expect visits from Santa and possibly even a surprise appearance from the Grinch to keep the holiday magic alive. Whether you're seeking a heartwarming seasonal outing or hoping to capture that festive spirit, this concert delivers entertainment for all ages in a joyful, theatrical setting.
