Indiana Ballet Conservatory: The Nutcracker

The Indiana Ballet Conservatory brings this cherished holiday classic to life at the Palladium. This production follows a young girl and her magical Nutcracker through an enchanting journey filled with wonder, adventure, and important lessons about inner strength. True to ballet traditions, the choreography draws from a historic 1934 version, creating an authentic experience that honors the art form's elegance and heritage. What makes this performance special is the live accompaniment—the entire score plays with the Carmel Symphony Orchestra, giving the dancing its full theatrical impact. Families of all ages will find something to enjoy, whether they're longtime ballet fans or experiencing the art form for the first time.
