Home School Clay Day

Get ready for some holiday creativity! This clay session invites young artists to dive into pottery and craft their own festive ornaments. Participants will learn fundamental techniques—wedging, rolling, slipping, and scoring clay—and use those skills to shape personalized pieces. Everyone completes their work and paints their creations during the same session, so kids leave with finished ornaments to treasure. Each artist takes home three fired pieces. The session runs at uPaint Pottery Studio, and registration is simple: sign up in advance or drop in on the day if spots remain available. Just note that instruction begins promptly, and help becomes limited once class starts, so arriving on time works best. The cost is $16 per child.
