Forest Bathing with Fishers Parks at Fishers White River Park
Forest Bathing with Fishers Parks invites you and your family to slow down and reconnect with nature through guided sensory awareness. Led by a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, participants spend two to three hours on an intentionally unhurried walk, taking in the sights, sounds, textures, and scents around them. Rather than a vigorous hike, this is about pausing to truly observe and experience the natural world in the present moment.
Each session costs $36 for residents and $54 for non-residents. This activity works well for families looking to unplug from screens and teach children mindfulness through outdoor exploration. To register and learn more details, visit the Fishers Parks website.
