Day of Service at the Fishers Farmers Market

This Day of Service transforms the Fishers Farmers Market into a community connection event where local nonprofits set up free booths to share their work with residents. You'll meet representatives from organizations serving our area, learn about the causes they support, and discover how you might get involved—whether through volunteering, donations, or other forms of support. Each nonprofit brings an activity or project designed to engage families and make a real difference together. Your family can participate in a scavenger hunt throughout the event, visiting different nonprofit booths to complete your form. Turn in your finished scavenger hunt sheet at the Fishers Parks tent to claim a prize (while supplies last). This is a great way for kids to learn about local community heroes while having fun. The event takes place during the regular Farmers Market hours, so you can combine it with shopping for fresh, local produce from area vendors.
